About Jordan HarrisonImagine what could happen if every space you entered – your school, your workplace, your community – was designed for you to thrive.
Imagine environments built to foster psychological safety, unlock human potential, and cultivate high-performing teams where greatness isn’t just an expectation but an outcome. For over 15 years, I’ve dedicated my life to one question: How do we design environments where everyone can thrive and reach their maximum potential? I’m Jordan Harrison – an educator, speaker, and social entrepreneur committed to transforming how we build the spaces around us. Since winning my first speech contest in 8th grade, I’ve understood the power of words to inspire people to see new possibilities and take action to achieve them. My father once told me: “Face the condition. Change the conclusion.” Before we can build environments for greatness, we need to understand what currently exists. From that awareness, we can begin the beautiful work of designing schools, teams, and organizations that drive meaningful outcomes for everyone involved. My work through keynote speeches, workshops, and strategic consultations, I help leaders and teams: ✅ Build psychological safety ✅ Create environments that unlock potential ✅ Design systems for high performance and lasting impact My JourneyI began my professional journey as the first Director of College Town and later Vice President of Impact at Reality Changers, an organization described by former Secretary of Education Arne Duncan as “an example for the nation.” There, I supported over 10,000 first-generation college students across Southern California and northern Mexico, focusing especially on 8th graders with GPAs below 2.0 who were at risk of dropping out – often navigating gang involvement and immense life challenges. Together, we built environments that helped them thrive and become first-generation college graduates. My work has extended to collaborations with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Rotary International, U.S. News & World Report, San Diego State University, UC San Diego, Harvard University, and many others, always rooted in one mission: helping people unlock their fullest potential. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing with a minor in Social and Personality Psychology from San Diego State University, where I was recognized as a top student leader. I earned my Master’s in Education from Harvard University as an Urban Scholar Fellow, focusing on Prevention Science, Practice, and Positive Youth Development. I live a mission-driven life to create a world where everyone has the opportunity to succeed and live out their greatest potential. Whether working with students, educators, or corporate teams, my question remains: How do we design environments where everyone can thrive? If you’re ready to reimagine what is possible for your organization, team, or community, let’s begin. Face the condition. Change the conclusion. |
